4. Content sources
The service may display or process content and metadata from public sources, provider feeds, user submissions, and third-party services. Bakwaas FM does not claim ownership of third-party material unless specifically stated.
5. Copyright and removal requests
Rights holders may request review or removal by sending enough information to identify the material, explain the claimed rights, and allow us to evaluate the request.
Email support@bakwaasfm.in with the subject “Copyright or Content Removal Request.” Access may be restricted while a report is reviewed.

Bakwaas FM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, complete metadata accuracy, or permanent availability of a specific station, source, or feature.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bakwaas FM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
