Bakwaas FM may display or process station metadata, audio links, artwork, and related information from public, provider, or user-provided sources. Source labels help users understand where information came from and help us respond to rights-holder requests.

Information may be used to operate playback, search, account, room, and notification features; diagnose outages and crashes; prevent abuse; review safety or copyright reports; and process deletion or correction requests.

The service may use infrastructure such as Google Play services, Firebase, hosting providers, analytics, and device platform services. These providers may process technical information needed for delivery, security, crash reporting, or notifications.
We do not sell personal information, use your contacts for advertising, or share precise location data for marketing.

You may stop using the app, disable notifications in device settings, remove locally imported content, and contact us to request account deletion, correction, access, or removal of applicable personal data.
6. Children’s privacy
Bakwaas FM is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents or guardians may contact us to report a concern or request review and deletion where required.
7. Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations, legal compliance, safety, dispute resolution, and abuse prevention. When a valid deletion request is completed, applicable information is deleted or anonymized unless limited retention is legally or operationally required.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect stored information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
